Q: What if I sign-up to your rainy day service and when you call to arrange a day I am not able to be home?
A: We understand that sometimes you will be unable to be home when we wish to clean your internal windows. In these cases we will simply pospone your cleaning until the next 'rainy day'.
Q: You have text me to let me know you will be coming tomorrow to clean my windows but I can only be home to let you through the house between 12pm and 3pm. What do I do?
A: Simply text back that you wish to have your windows cleaned between this time and we will book your cleaning in our early afternoon slot (12pm-2pm). Don't forget to put your house number and postcode at the end of your text.
Q: When and how do I pay you?
A: While some of our customers choose to pay in advance for their convenience it is usual to pay after we have cleaned your windows. We understand you may not always be there to pay when we clean your windows so we make collections twice a week during the evening. Alternatively you can post a cheque to us or make a payment online.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the service?
A: While there are usually no problems with the quality of our service it is only human to ‘miss a spot’ from time to time. If you are not happy then simply call us and we will come out to correct any problem free of charge.
Q: I want my conservatory roof cleaned but I don’t want to have my windows cleaned. Will you do this?
A: Certainly. Our conservatory roof cleaning cleaning services are separate from our window cleaning service. Therefore you don’t have to be on our client list to have your whites or conservatory roof cleaned.
Q: What method do you use to clean windows?
A: We use the traditional ladder and squeegee method.
Q: I have a slate roof under one of my windows. Can you clean this window?
A: We do not work above conservatory roofs, slate roofs or unstableroofs. If it is possible to clean the window from the inside or with our poles then we are happy to do so.
Q: Are your cleaners insured?
A: Yes. All our cleaners are fully insured.
